Victim of a poor Trauma Transport conditions

 41 year old gentle man involved in a accident at highway while he was traveling from Calicut airport to home. He had a sustained c-spine injury , paraplegic now.  The status of Indian roads and poor extrication methods along with  wrong transport vehicle had created the situation worsen. We need to work hard to bring the awareness and to implement proper trauma victim transport .
